Indiana University - Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW) is the product of the merger of Fort Wayne regional campuses operated by Indiana University and Purdue University in 1964. IPFW now offers several master's degrees and numerous bachelor's and associate degrees–over 190 total programs with an enrollment of nearly 12,000 students. IPFW's campus consists of more than 20 buildings, both academic and residential, and IPFW fields 16 NCAA Division I sports teams.
