Temporary job scheduling change Friday, 2/5

Beginning at 5pm on Friday, February 5th, RCAC temporarily suspended execution of newly-submitted or currently-queued jobs using shared scratch file systems for selected user groups across all compute resources in order to diagnose a file system performance issue.  Jobs  using shared scratch file systems submitted after this time may remain queued, but any jobs running as of 5pm February 5th will not be affected.
